I was hoping this book was a little more "entertaining" (hard to use that word in reference to the Civil War) and was something with a narrative. It's not.
It's strictly for reference. But it IS a great reference book. Every battle of the war is covered, sometimes in great details with excellent maps, sometimes merely in passing/5(50).
